Development Environment

One of the aims of this project is to produce a professional result with a relatively low budget environment, using as much free software as possible. This approach is not because I don't have access to commercial software, but because I want to see how good a result I can produce with good planning and tools that are available to anyone.

I will use Photoshop and Illustrator during the design and development of the game and I'll also use Flash, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Acrobat in the latter stages for the marketing. However, I'll keep the total time to less than a 30-day trial period for each program so that anyone else can also repeat what I've done. I'll also include full step-by-step tutorials when those programs are used.
